Access Cards
Dependent Cards: $15.00 each (Access Card)
Access Cards: $20.00 /person annually
$5.00 discount if you bring in your old card
Why do I need an Access Card?
Access is required for Floral Valley, Club House, Beaches, Camper's Village, and the Marina.
Deed Transfers
Deed Transfer Fee: $275.00 /deed
More than one lot can be listed on the deed.
Boat Decals
Powered: $60.00 /decal
Non-Powered: $25.00 /decal
